The DoubleX Challenge is part of the SCCA ProSolo® National Series

Formerly known as MirrorKhanna, the Doublecross (DoubleX) Challenge is head to head autocross on a single course. Drivers will face a christmas tree start before entering the same course at opposite points. During qualifying both drivers will be timed, however, during the elimination rounds the first driver to complete the entire course, returning to the point from where they entered the course or finish line is the winner. Drivers will qualify in one of five open indexed classes or in one of the two indexed ladies classes. Qualifying will determine the over all rankings of the drivers to establish seeds as well as the dial-ins for each class on each course. The average of a driver’s best right side and left side time will determine class rank. The top time from each side, in each class will be used to set the dial-ins for the elimination rounds. In the open challenge, drivers will be seeded in double elimination 32 car brackets. 5 drivers will come out of each of these brackets and, along with the two highest seeded drivers that have been eliminated, will make up the final 32 drivers in the Hawk Super Challenge. The Hawk Super Challenge will be a single elimination tournament to determine the over all DoubleX champion. The Ladies Challenge will be a single, double elimination bracket to determine the champion.
